The Elkhart Veterans Memorial Community Center is available to rent for your events. Please submit reservation requests to City Hall by emailing your contact information and desired dates to deputyclerk@cityofelkhart.com. Be sure to put Community Center Reservation in the subject line. Payment is due in full to City Hall within 10 days of a reservation in order to lock in your reservation. Keys are available at City Hall and should be scheduled to be picked up during the week of your event. We would prefer if you would pick the key up during the week as opposed to waiting until Friday.

Prices:

Weekday Rate: $75

Weekend Rate: $100

Holiday Rate: $100 during the week, $125 if the holiday falls on a weekend
